Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design and materials are important to us and we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase yourself and notify us of any damage as soon as possible. We do not offer return for goods damaged that are not brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving. As we are a made-to-order style business, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We also cannot be responsible for orders that are incorrect when your purchase is made. We urge you to triple check your order and bedhead size before purchase and ask questions if you are unsure. 

We do not offer refunds or replacement for goods that you damage by misuse, including failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

For any item/s received damaged, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item via email to hello@siestawalls.com.au with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the alleged damage. 

We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

If you are eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to 16 Blue Rock Drive, Luscombe QLD 4207 before replacement is issued.
